Follow the steps below to help guide you through the process of gathering your materials and preparing information to complete the order form.
Choose and arrange your photos. If you have digital photos (.jpg, .gif, or .bmp formats), prepare to submit them on a CD. If you have photos, 35 mm slides, or negatives that need to be scanned, be careful not to submit photos that are too damaged.
Arrange and organize your video media. Acceptable video formats are: VHS, Mini DV, .mpeg, .avi, .vob, and .wmv. If you would like your videos to be displayed in separate clips instead of in their entirety, be sure to specify end and start times for your video clips.
Choose your music. If you wish to use your own music, submit your music CDs along with your photos and videos. If you don't own the music on CD, the songs you want can be purchased on your behalf - please list the artist and the name of each song you desire for your slideshow.
Arrange your media. If you want your photos, videos and music to be presented in a specific order in the slideshow, be sure to specify. You can mark the back of any photos that need with a sticky note, identify how you would like your digital images presented by making a list of the order you'd like them to appear, and be sure to include how you would like any video clips to be arranged in relation to the photos in your slideshow.
Package your media. Package your photos, videos and music media along with your order form. Please be sure to contact Slideshows by Rosanna and get email confirmation of your order prior to shipping your materials.
Order completion. Please allow 1 - 2 weeks to create your DVD after receiving your materials. A finalized invoice will be emailed to you during this time, at which time payment is due. Your slideshow will be mailed to you upon receipt of payment. The materials you submitted will be returned to you along with your DVD slideshow.
